- Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your delivery location and shipping method
- Free shipping is available to Canada and USA with orders over $75. It could take between 1 to 8 business days.
- The shipping time starts from when the package is dispatched and not when the order is placed
- For international orders, shipments could incur import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these charges. Please check with your customs office for more information

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund
- Unfortunately, Saint Lyon is not responsible for return shipping cost at this time.
- For the item to be eligible for a return, it needs to be unwashed, unused and in the same condition received
- The item needs to be returned in the original packaging
- Saint Lyon has the right to refuse returned item that do not meet the standards
- Once the product is received by us, we will start the refund process
- We will notify you about the status of the return through the process
- Once the returned is approved, a refund to the payment method used will be placed
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR ORDER PLACED
- Unfortunately we cannot cancel placed orders after 24 hrs. If your order has not yet been shipped and is within the 24 hrs period, we can cancel it or make the needed changes.
